Courier delivery in the JHB area costs R150, but it’s free for orders over R2000.
Delivery typically takes 2-5 working days (Excluding Weekends): 2-3 days for JHB and nearby areas, and 3-5 days for KZN, CPT.

I HAVE SELECTED THE COLLECT OPTION. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP?
You will receive a notification through email or WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection. Typically, we require 3-5 business days to prepare your order if there is no customisations involved.
Customised products take longer and the lead time will be communicated with you via WhatsApp.
However, during peak times such as sales, Ramadan, and Eid, the processing time may extend to 7-15 business days.
WHAT IS THE COLLECTION ADDRESS?
The collection address for collection is based in Ormonde, JHB South. To ensure our safety and security, the address will be shared with you via WhatsApp once your order is ready for collection.
WHAT ARE THE COLLECTION HOURS?
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Not open on Sundays and public holidays.
DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY DETAILS WHEN COLLECTING?
Yes, your order/invoice number will need to be quoted when collecting.
CAN SOMEONE COLLECT ON MY BEHALF?
Yes, you will need to provide them with your order/invoice number.
